Saturday Morning Run information
starts on time so if you are not there you will be left!
OK OK first of all I know that Saturday is going to be crazy cold, but it’s a dry cold J so it shouldn’t matter!

If there is a spot on the street on McClendon, take it! afterwards if anyone wants to get some java and a biscuit, we’ll be conveniently located across from none other than the queen bee of biscuits, Flyin’ Biscuit! Hmmmmmm was this locale planned??? Ya think!
Change of locale to Phidippides! We are going to jump in and join the party for their 6 miler starting at 8a from Ansley Mall! For those of you coming and braving the cold, layer up! We can do it, it will be FUN!!! See you tomorrow morning at 7:45a at Phidippides!

Adidas Rep & Run
Come on out for a preview of the ING Marathon & 1/2 Marathon course. We will have water stops and a pace team to accompany you. Adidas will be there to show and trail new product and we’ll have lots of Food and Giveaways. We will be meeting at our Ansley mall location and have 2 different groups, a 10 mile group leaving at 7:30am and a 3 & 6 mile group leaving at 8:00am. If you want to go longer or shorter than these distances, you’re more than welcome to. Just make sure to make it back by 9:30 for the Clinic and Raffle. See you there!
