Wednesday Homework--Week 2

Workout:
With a continuous clock, every minute do the following: 1 push-up, 1 sit-up, 1 squat. For every additional minute, add one rep. So, in the second minute, do 2 push-ups, 2 sit-ups, 2 squats. In the third minute, do 3 push-ups, 3 sit-ups, 3 squats. And so on. How many minutes can you go while still completing all the exercises within the minute?

Post your scores to the comments.

Sounds like fun, but I'm going to stick to swimming on our days off so my knees can recover from all the lunges & squats!

ROCKIN IN THE FREE WORLD!! Andie and I modified this workout a bit, and did as many reps of 1's 2's 3's up to 5's at five minutes. we averaged about 9 reps of each in the allotted minutes time. if that made any sense...but we got our heart rate up and worked hard! and we ran twice around the park to boot! thanks Andie for gettin me out there! yay!
