50 Overhead bar lunge steps – 25 down, 25 back
50 Overhead bar squats or prisoner squats
25 Dips
15 push-up burpees
3 rounds and then finish with an 800m run (2.6 laps around the baseball field)
*Newbies, no bar. Sub straight-arm lunges and prisoner squats.

Great persistence this morning, y'all! It was cold and the work was hard, but everyone improved in either form or time! Once again, you all make us trainers proud.

Calling all Zombies, French Maids, Pilgrims, Naughty Nurses, Pirates, etc,
You are invited to attend an incredibly fun, scary, and well-hosted Halloween costume party on Saturday, November 1st in Tilson Ridge. That's right, this is a full-blown costume party, so please do not even dream of showing up without one or we will be forced to lock you up in the dungeon downstairs for the duration of the party (we actually have a cave in our basement).
We will be providing one keg of Scary Skeleton Sauce (Bud Light), a large bowl of Boogie Man Juice (punch with blackout causing addititives), and Snake Scales (Chips & other munchies). You are certainly more than welcome to contribute alternative quaffs, other homemade brews to the party if you would like. Our feeling is that this would both add to the fun of the shin-dig and reduce the chances of a couple of ridiculous looking volunteers (i.e. Batman & Robin, Alice in Wonderland & Donatello, Zorro & Harry Potter, etc.) having to go out in public after the keg goes dry to buy more booz. However, you don't have to bring anything at all beverage wise if you prefer not to.
As always, there will be prizes for the best costumes.
The four categories include:
1) Best Couple
2) Best Group
3) Most Creative
And of course the Classic:
4) Thats Just Wrong

There should be adequate parking on the neighboring streets to accommodate cars, SUVs, and motorcylces with side cars. Helicopter parking is not permitted. If you have an opportunity to carpool with someone it would probably be a good idea. It also may not be a bad idea to cab it for obvious reasons if you live close, but we'll leave your method of transportation to/from up to you so long as you're thinking rationally.
The party will start at 7:30 p.m. and continue until we run out of drinks, run out of guests.

-From I-20, get off at exit 63, Gresham Road
-Turn Left at top of exit ramp (onto Gresham Rd)
-Cross over I-20 and turn right on Flat Shoals Road ( 1st light)
-Turn Left onto Second Avenue (1st light)
-Turn Right onto Tilson Road (1st light)
-Turn Right onto Tilson Ridge Lane (This is Tilson Ridge subdivision)
-Our house is at the end of the street in the cul-de-sac on the right.
